Ashlyn Bowen is a recent graduate of Purdue University with a Bachelor of Arts in Studio Arts & Technology. She is a multimedia artist with passion for everything from oil painting to woodworking, but has found a distinct creative path in photography. She captures a variety of imagery, ranging from candid, love-filled moments and creative portraiture to commercial food and product photography, both in the studio and out in the wild.
At 5 years old, Ashlyn dreamed of opening a little gallery shack by the ocean in Alabama to sell her artwork. Now, with sentimental attachment to this young dream, she channels that passion into creating artwork that connects to people on an emotional level — whether it makes them smile, cry, or just pause to think more deeply for a moment. Her art is about emotional exploration, making statements, and leaving an impact.
